Q. May I cancel or modify my order?

A. Changes may be made before items are shipped. Once item ships, all sales are final.* If any changes need to made to your order please email [email protected]. Include Order # and Customer Name.  

Q. What is the Return Policy?

A. All GJG+G sales are final. No exchanges or returns. Customers should read ingredients and product application process online before purchasing.   

Q. How long will it take to receive my products?

A. GJG+G ships USPS Priority with a 48 hour processing time, Monday - Friday EST excluding weekends and holidays. 

Q. Will I receive a tracking number?

A. Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number.
